2018
How It Started
Bowen University, Digital Center, trade fair week.
Semilore came to collect a movie from Ade (shoutout to mutual friend that was minding their business but actually wasn't).
Simple errand, abi?
Well… life had other plans.
2019–2024
Soft Launch
From "hi" to full gist partners.
Walks that didn't have a destination, lunches that turned into long conversations, and car rides powered by good music and even better vibes.
We won't lie—there were small off seasons here and there (because what is a love story without a little drama? 😌).
But somehow, we always found our way back.
Sometimes it was food. Sometimes it was music. Sometimes it was just… us.
And then, one faithful assist from another mutual friend (yes, we have a lot of helpers in this love story 😂), and spark said, "Okay, let's be serious now."
2025
The Proposal
What was marketed as a simple girls' hangout quickly turned into… a full production.
Even NEPA tried to feature (because of course they did), but love said "not today."
After three weeks of planning, Ade delivered a moment to remember.
Now, somebody had confidently said she would not cry…
That confidence did not survive the evening.
Tears everywhere. Emotions high.
So much so that the actual "yes" got… delayed.
Don't worry, we confirmed it properly next day 😄
2026
How It's Going
We're choosing each other—loudly, intentionally, and forever.
A lifetime of love, laughter, inside jokes, good food, great music, and plenty "what do you want to eat?" debates.
And best part?
We get to start this journey surrounded by all of you—our people.
